摘 要
本设计是上海市某酒店空调工程设计,酒店共六层,建筑总面积11476㎡,空调面积为7710㎡,其中一层不做设计要求。空调区夏季冷负荷为411.48kW,冬季热负荷为312.98kW。根据房间功能,确定出了空气—水、全空气系统在该酒店的具体应用场所。考虑到经济性以及可行性,得出了一套空调系统方案,并针对此方案进行了水力计算、设备选型等。对于消声减震也做了一定的设计。
在风系统设计中,二层餐厅以及五、六层多功能厅属于高大空间场所,采用全空气一次回风系统。舒适性空调系统,采用机器露点送风,省去了再热量。空调机组放在机房或吊装在走廊。对于二层的套房、办公室和三至四层的商务用房,由于其空调负荷变化较大,且各个房间的朝向、使用时间不同,采用风机盘管加新风系统。新风处理到室内等焓状态点,不承担室内负荷。
在水系统设计中,闭式系统腐蚀性弱、水泵扬程小,系统简单。异程系统管路布置简单,阻力通过增设阀门来调节。定流量系统不需要复杂的自控设备。根据负荷计算可知,宾馆不需要同时供冷、供热。所以设计中采用闭式、异程、定流量、两管制系统。
结合地理位置,空调冷热源采用了水源热泵机组。
