五、关于词汇教学策略
策略一: 词汇讲解不要过多,结合语境简明扼要讲清基本词义和用法
有相当一部分老师经常依次对词汇表中的每个单词进行讲解。这样老师讲,学生记,一堂课下来,老师累,学生烦,效果不见得好。
策略二: 词汇训练不要单调,结合语境多种形式保证训练数量和频度
建议增加经常性的造句作业;适当加强连词成句的训练;重点是常用句型;以简单句的五个基本句型为主;避免形式单一,综合填空、句型转换、英汉互译、改错等各种练习形式经常交替进行。
策略三: 词汇检测不要太难,结合语境考教结合给予学生信心和成功 词汇检测四个基本原则: Test what was taught.
Test it in a manner that reflects the way in which it was taught.
Focus the test on what students can do rather than what they cannot do. Capture creative use of language by learners. 示例一: What was taught?

六、关于词汇教学方法 方法一: 词汇整理
要求学生自己整理词汇,例如,把教材中每个单元的词汇表(是以该词在书中出现的先后顺序排列的)按照词性重新整理。

方法二: 词汇查找
要求学生把整理好的动词分别在课文中找到相对应的句子,旨在引导学生经常性关注以动词为中心的主干知识。更重要的是,通过让学生在文章中寻找单词,不仅使学生对文章有了初步了解,而且帮助学生在语境中了解单词的词义和用法。
