Dear Xiaoli:
I think there are two methods you can try.
The first one is recitation. I once spent three months reciting a simple story “The Thirty-Nine Steps”. Now I feel there are many things I want to say, and there are many things I can say. The second one is trying to think in English. For example, I often try to think of things Chinese in English. Of course, that is not easy, but it is a way worth trying. When I am not sure of something, I will ask teachers of English to help me. But, of course, you should try to find out your own ways.
