第一章 监理项目和合同控制目标

一、工程项目概况 (一)枢纽概况

罗州坝水电站工程位于芙蓉江干流下游、芙蓉江江口上游约2km处,紧邻重庆市武隆县江口镇,工程所在位置距武隆县城约22 km,距重庆市约161km,距彭水县城约48km,距涪陵区约92km,工程对外交通十分便利。

罗洲坝水电站工程是利用江口水电站右岸施工导流洞进行改扩建而成。电站枢纽工程由输水系统、地下厂房系统组成。装机容量100MW,额定水头106m,安装1台单机容量100MW的混流立式机组,电站工程在系统中担任调峰任务。

罗洲坝水电站工程与已建成江口水电站采用相同建设标准,输水建筑物及地下厂房建筑物按2级标准设计,次要建筑物按3级标准设计。电站引水系统建筑物按百年一遇洪水设计,千年一遇洪水校核,厂房及尾水系统按百年一遇洪水设计(对应尾水位为220.08m),500年一遇洪水校核(对应尾水位为224.59m)。

罗洲坝水电站利用江口水电站水库,正常蓄水位300m,相应库容为5.445×108m3。死水位为260m,相应库容为2.017×108m3,调节库容为3.428×108m3,为季调节水库。设计洪水位为300.16m,校核洪水位为304.10m,相应水库总库容5.879×108m3。
