【中文摘要】荀子是战国末期儒家的代表人物，不但对先前的儒家思想进行了扬弃和发展，还集各家之所长，建立了自己的思想体系。荀子的性恶论便是集先秦诸子人性论之大成，他深层探讨了“性”“伪”之间的关系，由“性”的不足引出了“伪”的必要性，提出了“隆礼重法”的管理模式等等。本文将以荀子的人性恶这一假设为基点，挖掘其所蕴藏的管理思想。本论文由三部分组成：第一部分：系统、全面认识荀子性恶管理观的形成，在对其管理观的形成背景、思想前提、理论基础等方面进行阐述的同时，指出这些管理思想是通过对前人的批判纠正而获得的，正确认识管理观的内容，为研究荀子性恶管理观奠定必要的理论基础。本章主要从荀子对孟子性善论的批判入手，找出与文章的切合点，做好理论上的准备，为以下的部分做好铺垫。第二部分：承接前文做好的理论铺垫，以人性本恶这一假设出发，对荀子主要的管理思想进行梳理，疏通理论脉络，系统全面的阐述其中蕴含的管理思想。从管理前提、管理模式、管理目标等六个方面出发、一一展现荀子性恶管理观的全貌。从“礼”“法”概念入手，以“隆礼重法”这一管理模式为主要阐述对象。第三部分：对性恶管理观进行评析，随着社会的变革，时代的演进，在新的历史时期如何从古代的传统文化中汲取养分并用之解决现实社会中存在的问题，是放在我们面前的一个重大课题。本章试图从现实社会的角度入手、分别阐述

了性恶假设是不可或缺的管理阶段、“隆礼重法”思想与我国现实社会还有性恶管理观的历史局限性三方面问题。通过对荀子管理思想的窥探和对当代社会的管理价值的分析，尽可能扩展和丰富原本的传统管理思想，并做到取其精华去其糟粕，为新时期的管理、新时期的建设做出贡献。本文是吸纳了很多前人的研究成果的基础上，以现代的管理哲学为视角，对荀子及其思想做了全面的审视和梳理，以详尽的史料为基础，期望突破以往对荀子研究的局限性。荀子思想博大精深，然本人自愧用功不足，能力也非常有限，文章浅薄粗糙便成必然，还希望各位前辈给予批评指正，不胜感激。
