摘要
丽江旅游业虽起步晚，但恰赶上国内外旅游业快速发展的机遇以及自身得天独厚的资源优势，迅速发展起来形成了相当的产业规模，完成了第一次创业。现正随着经济、旅游增长方式的转变逐渐开始向提质增效的二次创业转变。尽管丽江丰厚富饶的自然、人文资源加大了丽江旅游二次创业的难度，但仍没有阻碍二次创业的步伐且事实证明了丽江旅游进行二次创业是正确的，是丽江旅游可持续发展与保护的必然道路，它解决了丽江旅游在第一次创业中存在的一些误区和缺陷，使得丽江旅游发展体系更加完善，但也还是存在着一些问题需要继续坚持二次创业的指引，不断改革创新。如在东巴文化的保护与开发方面现有的保护不够，还需要循序渐进地去实施。

ABSTRACT
Lijiang tourism, though starting late, but just catch up with the rapid development of tourism at home and abroad opportunities as well as its unique resource advantages, developed rapidly formed a considerable industrial scale, completed the first startup. Is now with the economy and change the way of tourism growth gradually began to mass transfer efficiency of second venture. Though lijiang fat and rich natural and cultural resources increased the difficulty of lijiang tourism second startup, but still did not hinder the pace of the second startup and proved the lijiang tourism with second startup is right, is the necessary road of lijiang tourism sustainable development and protection, it solves the lijiang tourism exist some misunderstandings in business for the first time and defects, and make the lijiang tourism development system will be improved, but still there are some problems need to continue to adhere to the second venture, the direction of continuous reform and innovation. As in the protection and development of dongba culture current protection is not enough, also need to implement step by step.
