PHACO术式中不同晶体植入方式效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析PHACO术式中不同晶体植入方式的临床效果。方法：收治白内障复明手术患者169例(183眼)，按选择的晶体类型随机分为折叠晶体组105眼(对照组)和硬质晶体组78眼(试验组)，比较两组术后1周及3个月的临床效果。结果：3个月后对照组平均散光度(0.38±0.25)，试验组平均散光度(2.75±0.25)，两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：建议经济欠发达地区白内障患者行PHACO术式并统一植入折叠晶体，以减少术后散光等并发症的发生。%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of different crystal embedded mode in PHACO operation.Methods:169 cases of patients with cataract regaining operation(183 eyes) were divided into the folding crystals group with 105 eyes(the control group) and the strong crystal group with 78 eyes(the experimental group).The clinical effect of the two groups postoperative 1 week and 3 months were compared.Results:After 3 months,the average astigmatism of the control group was (0.38±0.25).The average astigmatism of the experimental group was (2.75±0.25).The differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:The patients with cataract in underdeveloped economy regions were suggested to had PHACO operation combined folded crystal implanted uniformly in order
