Select glass on hand according to the standard recipes 2) Add Ice Scoop ice (number of ice cubes refer to Standard recipes) into mixing glass. 3) Add Ingredients Add ingredients into mixing glass by using a jigger according to the standard recipes. Stir it with bar spoon, the back side of spoon must be closed to mixing glass. 4) Stirring Stir it for 5 – 10 seconds.
