内 容 摘 要 生产流程优化是持续改善生产的重要目标之一本文以浪木电器有限公司的饮水机生产流程为例主要应用程序分析双手操作分析和物料搬运与布置理论对整个生产流程过程中存在的问题进行改进力图使生产线上的人物料设备能源信息等生产要素所组成的综合系统的各因素达到合理配置协调运行充分发挥各自的效能最终提高生产率降低成本实现最佳的整体效益 关键词流程优化程序分析物料搬运与布置双手操作分析 ABSTRACT The optimization of productive process is one of the most important targets which the manufacturing industry improves This article studies the water-drinking maching productive process of LAMO Electrical Appliance Co Limitedand applies program analysis both hands operation analysis and material handling and layout theory to the productive process to solve the problem Trying to make the integrated system which is consist of people materials equipment energy information and other factors to achieve reasonable deploy working coordinately give full play to their respective performance and ultimately improve the productivity reduce costs and achieve the best overall effectiveness KEYWORDSProcess optimization Program analysisMaterial handling and layout Both hands operation analysis 正文目录
