构建中国东盟自由贸易区，中越边境贸易规模不断扩大，但港口基础设施、产业结构等方面存在诸多问题，阻碍了边境贸易的健康发展。透过对滇越边境贸易的现状进行分析，找到发展中存在的问题，更深层次地为滇越边境贸易的未来发展提出相应的建议，从而达到促进双边边贸关系有序发展、巩固边疆的目的。随着中国加入WTO和中国—东盟自由贸易区的启动，如何进一步发展滇越边境贸易，带动区域资源开发，促进产业结构调整，逐渐缩小与东部发达地区的差距，实现全国经济的协调发展和各民族的共同繁荣，有着重要的研究意义。

Constructions of China ASEAN Free Trade Area, the Sino Vietnamese border trade scale has been expanding, but there are many problems in the ports infrastructures, industrial structure, which hinder the healthy developments of border trade. Through the present situation of the Yunnan Vietnam border trade analysis, find out problems existing in the development and further for the future developments of the Yunnan Vietnam border trade proposed corresponding suggestions, in order to achieve the purpose to promote the bilateral trade relations and orderly development, consolidation of the frontier. With China's accessions to the WTO and China ASEAN free trade area is the start of. How to further the developments of Yunnan Vietnam border trade, drive the development of regional resources, promote the adjustment of industrial structures, gradually narrowing the gaps with the eastern developed regions, to achieve the common prosperities of the coordinated development of the national economy and the people of all our nationalities, has important significance.
