摘 要
作为一种新的现代企业组织形式，企业战略联盟被众多当代的经济学家视为企业发展全球战略最迅速且最为经济的方法。自进入20世纪90年代以来,我国出现了数量可观,类型不少的企业战略联盟，这些企业战略联盟的构建对于提升企业竞争力发挥着积极的作用。但是与西方发达国家的企业战略联盟相比，我国企业战略联盟在发展的数量和成熟度上都存在这巨大的差距，战略联盟的失败率相当之高。我国的企业战略联盟在运作上存在这各种各样的问题，因此导致不能充分发挥日渐流行的“企业战略联盟”的优势。为此，本文从论述企业战略联盟这一概念着手，分析我国企业在经营发展中建立企业战略联盟的必然性，指出建立企业战略联盟的优势，讨论我国企业在构建企业战略中存在的问题进而提出一些自以为可行的措施。

Abstract
As a new organization of modern companies, corporate strategic alliance is considered by many contemporary economists as the most speedy and economical method for the global strategy. Since the 1990s, all kinds of corporate strategic alliances emerge in Chinese entrepreneur.
These corporate strategic alliances have great positive significance to Chinese entrepreneur. However, huge gap between Chinese corporate strategic alliance and Western's exist in the development of numbers and maturity of this. The failure rate of Chinese corporate strategic alliances is rather high. Chinese corporate strategy alliance have various problems in the operation, therefore it did not leads to display the superiority of the advantage of “the corporate strategy alliance” fully. Therefore, I elaborate from the concept of “corporate strategic alliance” and discuss why should we establish “corporate strategic alliances” in management. Then I will point the advantage of establishing “corporate strategic alliance” and offer some feasible measures to solve these problems in the process.
