车间概况
XXXX车间为新建,建筑面积400m2,其中精制车间面积270 m2,洁净区面积104 m2。净化级别为三十万级。
洁净厂房内地面为环氧树脂自流平,光洁无裂痕,厂房以彩钢板吊顶并间隔,玻璃与内墙平齐,墙面与地面及吊顶交接处呈弧形。
生产区按生产工艺设计了面积、空间与生产规模相适应的设备安置及物料储存区。
洁净区内的输送管道及水电、工艺管线暗装,照度在300LX以上,并有应急照明设备。照明灯为吸顶式,易于拆卸清洗。洁净区温度在18~26℃,相对湿度在45~65%。
进入洁净区的空气分别设置初效、中效、高效过滤器,洁净室气密性良好。厂房经国家食品药品监督管理局检测中心检测符合规定。
洁净区内排水口采用不锈钢扣碗式液封地漏,可有效的防倒灌、防污染。
人员与物料出入口分别设置。设有人员进出的缓冲室及更衣室,人员经一更、二更、手消毒后,经气闸室进入洁净区,洁净更衣室的净化级别与生产区相同。物料进出设有缓冲室和传递窗,并有切实可行的操作规程。
车间内按工艺先后顺序布置了空调机房、纯化水制造、脱色罐、密闭过滤机、密闭结晶罐、离心机、制粒机、双锥真空干燥机、粉碎机等,工艺布局合理。
XXXX车间职工定员100人,其中精制按生产进度安排单班生产,年生产成品XXXXX100吨左右。
