异质VIKOR方法在1例直肠癌患者手术方案选择中的应用

异质VIKOR方法在1例直肠癌患者手术方案选择中的应用

[摘要] 首先基于文献资料和专家经验，建立包括直肠癌患者病情、同类患者的历史治疗信息、医疗团队的技术水平和医疗条件等内容的主客观指标体系；接着针对异质信息，确定主观权重与客观熵权相结合的综合指标权重；然后采用多准则妥协解排序(Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje，VIKOR)方法处理异质评价信息，得到针对直肠癌患者的手术方案优先次序。运用此方法对湖南某三甲医院的1例直肠癌患者进行手术方案选择决策，得到的最适合该患者的手术方案与实际治疗方案一致。由应用实例可知基于概率语言的异质VIKOR方法在直肠癌手术方案的选择中具有有效性及可靠性，可帮助医生、患者及患者家属选择手术方案。
