MMP-9和 CD105在胰腺癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】Objective To explore the significance of MMP-9 and CD105 in oncogenesis, progression and metastasis of pan-creatic carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods (S-P) were applied to detect the differential expression of MMP-9, CD105 in Paraffin-embedded tumor specimens of 53 cases pancreatic carcinoma tissue and 10 cases normal pancreatic tissue. The correlations between the expression of MMP-9 and CD105, microvessel density (MVD), and clinicop-athologic features were statistically analyzed with SPSS 12.0. Results The positive expression of MMP-9 was significantly higher in tissues of pancreatic carcinoma than in normal pancreatic tissues (P<0.05). The expression of MMP-9 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages (P<0.05). The results of the counted number of MVD in cancer tissues revealed that the MVD of cases with pancreatic carcinoma was significantly higher than that without pancreatic carcinoma (P<0.05). The expression level of CD105 was positively correlated with clinical stages and histological grade (P<0.05).
