多层建筑的小型电梯设计
摘要
随着经济建设的高速发展,城市建设更是日新月异,各类高层建筑更是拔地而起。但是我国大多数七、八层的居民楼都没有安装电梯,给居住在高层楼的人们的生活带来了不便。本设计的目的是设计出一种新型电梯,它可安装在建筑物的内部,以经济适用、造型美观、节能先进为目标,作为现有七、八层建筑物改造的工程项目来实施,以解决居住在高层楼的人们的生活的不便。
考虑到安装,制造,施工等多方面因素。改变传统客梯的传动方式,采用齿轮齿条传动方式, 在墙体上固定导轨和安装齿条,在轿厢上安装齿轮,由电动机带动齿轮旋转,变转动为直线运动,实现轿厢的上下运行。电梯的导轨采用H型型钢,型钢的一侧翼缘固定在建筑物上,另一侧翼缘作为导向轮的轨道。电梯采用性价比比较合理的PLC控制,实现楼层指示、厅外召唤、轿厢开关门、电梯定向选层、电梯的启动、电梯的加速、电梯的稳速运行、到站减速、平层停车功能。电梯的门为中分式,采用自动开门机构。安装电梯需要对建筑物进行改造,在每两层楼之间的平台处设置电梯的出入。

Elevator PLC with a more reasonable cost control, to achieve level information, hall calls, car door switch, elevator directional selection layer, the elevator starts, the acceleration of the elevator, the elevator steady speed operation, the station slow down, stop leveling function. Elevator door is in the fractions, with automatic door bodies. Installation of lifts required to transform the building, two floors in between each platform and out of the elevator at the set.
