2012年全国职业英语技能大赛 职场应用 比赛说明及规则 比赛说明:

本部分含两个阶段。

第一阶段:在备赛区进行,限时 30分钟,两名选手通过沟通和协作完成并提交任务单 (Worksheet ,并按照比赛要求分别准备第二阶段的比赛内容。

第二阶段:在赛场进行,选手 A 按要求向评委陈述任务完成情况(限时 3分钟,选手 B 回 答评委的现场提问(限时 2分钟。

本部分满分 40分。 比赛规则:

1. 选手只能用英语交流(包括读和写 ,否则将被取消参赛资格;

2. 两名选手之间不得互相展示或交换任何材料,否则将被取消参赛资格; 3. 选手可根据需要在赛题上书写内容,汇报或回答问题时可携带此材料,但不得携带除此 以外的其他材料;

4. 本比赛环节期间,选手不得与除队友之外的其他人就比赛内容和方法进行交流,否则将 被取消参赛资格。

选手 A: 假设你是某教育会议的组织者,需要选择一所美国学校作为会议举办 地点。现在你手上有相关的会议要求信息。你的队友是某会务公司负 责人,手上有三所美国学校的相关信息。你需与队友沟通并共同选出 一所满足会议所有需求的最佳承办校。

在比赛第一阶段(30分钟内 ,你需完成:

1. 阅读会议的相关需求(绿色纸 ,填写任务单(黄色纸中的 Section 1;

2. 向队友询问三所学校的相关信息(粉色纸 ,填写任务单(黄色纸中的 Section 2; 3. 与队友讨论,选出一所满足会议所有需求的最佳承办校,完成任务单(黄色纸中的 Section 3;

4. 准备第二阶段的汇报内容。

备注:任务单仅由选手 A 填写(任务单一式两份,其中一份填写答案、在背面签字后,交给裁判;另一 份抄写答案,自己留存,供选手 A 在赛场陈述时使用 。

在比赛第二阶段(3分钟内 ,你需向评委汇报任务完成情况,内容需涵盖以下几个要点:

1 What is your group’s task?

2 Which school do you choose for holding the conference?

3 Why have you chosen this school? (Please give detailed reasons why you have chosen this school and haven’ t chosen the other two.

For Contestant A Only

Please read the information of the conference.

The conference will be held in New York on 25-26 June 2012(Monday and Tuesday, and 30 schoolmasters and 120 teachers will attend it.

On the morning of 25 June, there will be a meeting for all the schoolmasters and teachers. And in the afternoon, there will be 4 meetings at the same time, 1 meeting for all the schoolmasters and 3 meetings for all the teachers, with 40 teachers in each meeting room.

On the morning of 26, there will be another meeting for all of them. And all the meetings should be held indoors.

All people will stay in Leeds Hotel, New York, so we would like a school with easy transportation to the hotel for holding the conference. The nearer, the better.
