对方只是说你在文章中没有indication实验动物伦理证明，没有问你要证明的原件，你只需要indication一下即可rocedures involving animals and their care were conducted in

在你们当地医学院或医学研究所应该有动物饲养中心吧，写上他们的实验动物应用伦理法就可以，你的实验动物来源地方就应该有自己的规则。
例：我用的大连医科大学动物中心的小鼠，文章就这样写的：
All experimental procedures were conducted in conformity with institutional guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals in Dalian Medical University, Dalian, China, and conformed to the National Institutes of Health Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (Publication No. 85-23, revised 1985).
All animal work was performed according to the ****** of Health guidelines, and protocols were approved by the University of ****** Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee
