Our house was directly across a popular hospital. We rented the upstairs rooms to outpatients at the

You awake with a pounding heart and sweaty hands. Relax, you think to yourself — it was just a bad dream. But are nightmares truly benign(良性的)? Psychologists aren’t so sure.
