摘 要
本设计主要进行了会所房屋结构方案中4轴横向框架的抗震设计。在确定柱网布置及梁柱截面尺寸后,先进行了竖向荷载和风荷载的计算统计,接着进行了重力荷载代表值的计算,利用半经验半理论公式求出结构基本自振周期,并按底部剪力法计算水平地震作用的大小。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载和活载)、风荷载以及水平地震作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。进而进行荷载效应组合及内力组合,找出最不利的一组或几组内力来进行梁柱截面设计及其节点设计并绘图。此外还进行了设计方案中的柱下钢筋混凝土独立基础、基础拉梁和室内楼梯设计,完成了梯段板、平台板、平台梁、平台小柱等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。最后还从高层商住楼转换层内选取了一根转换梁、框支柱进行了型钢混凝土组合结构设计及其节点验算。

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of the design is to do the anti-seismic design for 4-axis horizontal frame in club house structure programs. When the direction of the frames and beam and column sizes is determined, firstly the vertical load and wind load statistics are calculated. Then the weight of each floor is calculated and the basic vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peak-displacement method. Then the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottom-shear force method. Then the internal force (bending moment, shear and axial force) in the structure under the vertical loads (the dead and live loads) and the wind loads and the horizontal seismic force can be easily calculated. And then to carry out combination of load effect and combination of internal forces. After the determination of the internal force ,the combination of internal force can be made by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find one or several sets of the most adverse internal force of the structure members, which will be the basis of protracting the reinforcing drawings of the components. Besides, the design of reinforced concrete column in the independent foundation, basic beams and interior stairs design is carried out,the design of the stairs is also be approached by calculating the internal force and reinforcing such components as step board, landing slab, landing girder and the platform cartridges, whose shop drawings are completed in the end. Finally, a transfer beam, pillar box selected from the high-rise commercial and residential conversion the layer is designed to steel-concrete composite structure ,and node is checked in the end.
