3.辅音字母双写的含义
辅音字母双写，主要是为了强调双写辅音字母前面的元音字母要发短音，或者说要按元音字母在重读闭音节中的拼读规则读音。例如：Seattle。通常ea被看作一个元字组，具有不可分割性，即便是这样，在双写辅音字母前面也被拆分开了。 例外的情况也有：suggestion collapse
