中学生英语演讲稿电影读后感
第一篇:读后感英语电影front of the class
the film tells us a story of aayoungman afflictedwith tourette’s syndrome who wishes to teach. i was deeply touched by the content sent by the characters. i love the movie very much.
first of all, i would like to say the most significant part is mr. cohen’s optimism, the spirit of never give up . when brad was growing up, teachers and other adults — even his father — interpreted brad’s involuntary sounds and sudden jerking movements as attempts to get attention or simply acting up. he was laughed by other kids. although the touretee syndrome brought him a series of trouble and made people saw him in the eye of astonishment sometimes even is discrimination, he still keep fighting against all the troubles . in the purpose of becoming a teacher in school, he tried many schools’ interview to find a school which can accept his touretee syndrome and teaching idea. he marked out all the schools that he hadn’t applied and drove to that school. as the old proverb says “where there is a will there is a way”, after rejected by 25 schools, he finally began his career as a teacher in a primary school. as the fact proved, he was genius at teaching. it’s good that he invited an experienced truck driver to give his students a better and vivid geography class. what he paid would deserve what he achieved. eventually, he was
chosen to be the sallie mae’s first year teacher of the year. attitude is altitude; brad’s attitude towards life led him to the success.
in addition, i realized that diseases and difficulties can’t stop a person with strong mind and confidence. touretee syndrome, a horrible disease that people see it as a huge trouble while it is seen as a friend who taught him a lot by brad. in the movie, when he was a little boy, his mother brought him to a support group to learn how to live with it, unfortunately they failed. all the people there were just hide away for society due to no one was even trying to be accepted. nevertheless, little brad said “those people let touretee win. i’m never gonna do that.” and in the end of the movie brad even described the touretee syndrome as the most dedicated teacher he ever had and his constant companion. but as far as i concerned, it’s his strong mind and confidence that enable him to win the war with fate and motivate to the next station. this reminds me another people ---- nick vujicic, a person who missing both arms at
shoulder level and legless but with two small feet, one of which has two toes. but all the diseases and difficulties didn’t beat him into depression; instead, it gave him the chance to become a preacher, a motivational speaker and the director of life without limbs, an
organization for the physically disabled. he regularly gives speeches across subject of disability and hope around the world. he said “nothing is beyond you reach.” and i believe if you have a strong mind and be
yourself with confidence, nothing is beyond you reach.
the third is that what will bring to someone from the public opinion. peers bully and scoff him and keep calling him freak, for always, people’s attitude towards brad is pretty much like that. the unfriendly classmates, teachers in primary schools, the principal who think brad is a disabled and even his father’s prejudice towards him languished him. but when brad met the principal who gave him a chance to speak in front of the whole school and asked him what can they do to help him, in my opinion, maybe he just saw the blazing sunshine shining through the dark clouds. and every single support from his family and friends, being accepted by his
colleagues and students and being loved by his wife. all these things made brad’s life colorful and full of joy just like any other normal people. i think we should learn something like how to treat other people. some times, few words may change a person’s life. this movie is well worth watching. 第二篇:英语电影读后感功夫熊猫

master shifu tries his best to train the panda into a real warrior according to master wugu’s instruction.
师傅谨遵乌龟的教诲,努力将熊猫培养成真正的武士。
finally, the panda succeeded in beating their biggest enem(感谢访问好:)y -----the tiger. 最终,熊猫成功的打败了他们的最大的敌人----虎。 this movie tells us that:every difficulty can be overcome as long as you tried your utmost persistently.
这部电影告诉我们这样一个道理:只要我们坚持不懈的努力,任何困难都能克服 当幸福来敲门
watching “the pursuit of happyness” tonight was almost a religious experience. perhaps that is “blasphemous” because, although religion does play a small role in the movie, the overall story is about the triumph of a man against immeasurable odds.
one of the reasons for my “religious” feeling towards the film has to do with the audience that filled the theater for the 9:40 p.m. showing. for one thing, the audience was one of the largest i had seen in an odessa, texas theater in a long time. even more importantly, the audience was definitely one of the most racially diverse groups i have ever seen. but, most
important of all was the straight-forward tale “narrated” to us by the main character of the film, chris gardner.
all too often in this world, we take for granted what we are given. sometimes, we accept defeat with barely a whimper. but some people such as chris gardner would not allow himself and his son to be defeated although he literally had nothing at one point in his life. gardner invokes the words and the thoughts of thomas jefferson in his quest of happiness that was mentioned in our declaration of independence penned primarily by jefferson. the fact that those words were even included in that document are amazing in themselves. life, liberty and property rights are more frequently thought of as inalienable rights but the artist in jefferson included the concept of pursuing happiness. 阿甘正传 the plot
if you’ve seen the trailers or read any of the reviews, you already know that chris gardner is a man down on his luck. he has a wife that works double shifts as a waitress and a son who he thinks the world of but is barely able to support. gardner was abandoned by his own father at three and has vowed that his own children will always know their father. but, gardner has sunk his life savings in a “bone density” machine that is barely more efficient than an x-ray machine and far more expensive. his life becomes one “bill collector” nightmare after the other to the point
