【摘要】将4G移动互联网与传统电话呼叫控制技术相结合，基于云服务平台，为智能手机终端提供通话中的应用服务功能。使社区经理可以通过智能手机，快速查找、联系用户、接听用户来电、办理业务。主要功能为手机端查看当前来电用户的用电信息；根据当前用户的需求生成工单并派发；处理工单并上传实时位置、图片信息；快速查找用户并发起外呼；为内部员工提供云公告。%The 4G mobile Internet and traditional telephone call control technology, cloud services platform based on the call ap-plication service function for intelligent mobile phone terminal.
