浅谈龙凤宾馆货币资金管理
摘要： 货币资金是企事业单位资产的重要组成部分，加强货币资金的
管理，对保证企事业单位的正常运转和经营效益意义重大。现在我将针对苏州市龙凤金店有限公司在货币资金管理方面出现的预算不够科学，内部控制不够完善，收入和支出环节控制比较薄弱，交易成本过高等问题，做出具体地分析，提出了建立货币资金的预算制度，完善货币资金的内部控制制度，实行统一财务管理，防范资金风险等措施。使公司的货币资金能得到有效地管理，公司能够持续健康地发展。
