年产2万吨己二酸二甲酯工艺设计
摘要:本设计介绍对比了常用的己二酸二甲酯生产方法,在综合考虑酯化率、反应时间、反应温度等因素的情况下,选择固体超强酸树脂直接催化生产己二酸二甲酯。依据物料性质及工艺操作条件,对工艺流程过程中的其他设备进行了简单选型。设计了固体超强酸树脂催化法制己二酸二甲酯的工艺流程,重点计算设计了精制净化工段设备筛板式精馏塔。针对年产2万吨的己二酸二甲酯生产过程,根据物料衡算,得出塔顶进料量72.07kmol/h,塔釜出料量56.11kmol/h,最小回流比0.37,理论塔板数为11,实际塔板数为26块。对设备进行计算得出精馏塔塔径1m、塔高15.33m。对筛板的流体力学进行了校核验算,作出塔板负荷性能图,得出操作弹性3.40,塔设计基本符合要求。

Process Design of Dimethyl Adipate for 20kt/a
Abstract: In this design several commonly used method of producing adipic acid dimethyl are introduced and compared, in consideration of the esterification rate, reaction time, reaction temperature and other factors, the solid super acid resin is chosen to directly catalyze the production process of dimethyl adipate. Based on material properties and process operating conditions, other equipment used in this process is to be selected. Solid super acid resin to dimethyl adipate catalyzed process flow is designed, focusing on the design of the refined cleaning equipment ---sieve retifying tower. For the annual output of 20kt tons of adipic acid dimethyl ester production process, according to the mass balance, it is concluded that the feed rate of the tower is 72.07 kmol/h, the bottoms of the feeding amount is 56.11 kmol/h, the minimum reflux ratio is 0.37, the theoretical tower plate number is 11 and the actual plate number is 26 pieces. The rectifying tower is calculated to be 1 m wide and 15.33 m high. The calculation and check of the fluid mechanics of the sieve plate and the load performance diagram of the tower plate show that the operating flexibility of this tower is 3.40, which reflects that this design meets the basic standard.
