planning and not clear about it’s goals like a pair of lovers who makes eyes at a man each others in the darkness”.Thus,the Personal occupation career
planning is a very unusual thing in life for the people with realistic goals and big dreams.
1.to determine aspirations.
Ambition is the basic prerequisite for success, there is no ambition, no talk about the success of the cause. As the saying goes: Chi non li, and the world into the matter can not be. Are determined to start life, reflects a person's ideals, vision, temperament and values, affect a person's goals and
achievements of the size. Therefore, in the development of career planning, we should first establish the ambition, which is to develop critical career planning, career planning is the most important point. This is my aspirations.
My dream is to be a teacher, to be a qualified teacher of the people.
When I entered the University, I know from my dream is not far away. But the freedom and self indulgence of University let me begin to doubt
myself.However, I have not been able to wake up, even though I always knew that stepping on the bright future of the road is not flat. Until today,I was at a loss to in the future work until the end of my college life; I'm calling, I am eager to jump out of the circle. I hope my dream will guide me on the successful. The teacher who known as the engineer of the human soul is essential to the progress and development in the human society.The development of society cannot do without information.\information. I major in information technology, I believe, as long as have the enough ability and confidence in this sacred field,I can make a great achievement.

Set career goals, is the core of career planning. The cause of the success or failure of a person, to a large extent depend on the availability of appropriate target correctly. No goal, as the boat into the sea, vast surrounding, there is no direction, I do not know their own going. Only set a target to clear the direction of struggle, like a beacon in the sea, and guide you avoid the dangerous reef dark stone to success. Goal setting, following a career in the choice of route choice career after aim in life to make choices. Its the best choice based on their talent, the best character, the greatest interest in the most favorable based on the information environment. Target points are usually short-term goals, medium-term objectives, long-term goals and their goals in life.
