【摘要】Objective To investigate the related risk factors of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and left ventricular dilation (LVD) in elderly essential hypertension (EH). Methods HLA-DRB1 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP, rs9269186 and rs3135388) were determined in 148 EH elderly subjects of Chinese Han population. Two SNPs were genotyped by multiplex polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction. LVH and LVD were determined by the measurements of echocardiogram. Results There was no significant difference in genotype or allele frequencies of rs9269186 and rs3135388 between LVD, LVH, LVM/h groups and control groups ( P > 0. 05 ). The levels of waistline (WL) and abdomen circumference (AC) in EH-LVD+ group were significantly higher than those in EH-LVH\was no difference of Clinical information and SNP between EH-LVH+ group and EH-LVH group.
