Play Simon says game to consolidate the actions.(Show more actions: Clean the classroom. Clean the desks and chairs.) 4. Invite some Ss to the front to have a race. Listen to the order and do the actions. 5. Play the Sharp Games to read 5 words. 6. Point to the picture and ask. A. Is the classroom big? Yes, it is. B. Is the classroom nice and clean? No, it’s not. Step 2 Presentation & Practice 1. Set the situation. T: Today we are going to have a look who is the great helper in cleaning the classroom. (The S who answers questions or do actions correctly can get a big thumb). 2. Get more familiar with Let’s … & Let me… A. Show a cloth and ask S1 to do the action. T: Look! He is cleaning the window. Take back the cloth and do the action and say Let me clean the window. I’m helpful. T: You can clean the window, right? Let’s clean the window! Ss do it. To praise them Good job! Well done! Practise these two sentences by using the passing game. B. Imitate to do as T. Let me….& Let’s …. C. Focus on the difference of Let me….& Let’s … 3. To watch the video with T’s question. A. Who cleans the desks and chairs? B. Who cleans the window? 4. Check the answers. 5. Repeat after the video. Step 3 Consolidation & Extension 1. Role-play the conversation. 2. Make a dialogue according to the picture. 3. Let’s play. A. Help Ss make a magic box, then write the phrases on. B. Ask and answer with their partners. 4. Do exercises. A. Let’s practise. B. Read the key sentences. Step 4 Summary & Homework 1. Check the difficulties. 2. Judge which group is the winner. 3. Homework A. Listen and imitate the dialogue. B.
