divide…into…与separate…from…
(1)divide…into…是“把整体分成部分，分配”的意思；separate…from…是指“把……和……分开(把两个连着的事物分开)”。
(2)divide (…into…)常指把某个整体划分为若干部分；separate (…from…)指把原来连在一起或靠近的事物分隔开来。如： She divided the food into four equal shares. 她把食物分成相等的四份。
