中国青少年英语能力大赛样题---快速阅读比赛（高中组）

关于初高中快速阅读样题的几点说明

1、初高中快速阅读样题出题的依据是国家教育部《英语课程标准》中关于初中学生和高中学生在语言知识、阅读能力、跨文化意识、思维能力等方面的要求。其中阅读能力的考查是最重要的。

2、本样题是为教师和学生提供了了解本届大赛初高中快速阅读比赛的选材特色和出题方式的，不代表正式比赛中的快速阅读试题的话题、试题形式以及阅读篇章的数量和本样题完全一样。

3、大赛出题专家委员会是在《英语课程标准》的理念及具体要求的指导下，根据每一篇真实英文素材的特点，灵活设计试题以及试题表现形式，以便真实而综合地考查参赛学生的综合语言能力（当然，主要是考查阅读能力）。

4、请各位教师和参赛学生要深刻理解“快速阅读”的含义：阅读速度要适当的快（要根据文章的不同体裁和题材，以及考查内容来恰当的决定合适的阅读速度，而不是单纯地追求快），要按照《英语课程标准》中关于阅读能力的要求进行能力训练，而不要一味地按照传统的单项选择题的方式进行能力训练。本样题中给出了多样化的阅读能力考查形式，可以作为重要参考。
