(题目)：基于Cimatron软件平台的塑料模具设计 摘要：模具技术是融合机械工程、计算机应用、自动控制、数控技术等学科为一体的综合性学科，注射成型又是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一。本文主要介绍了笔记本电脑外壳的小部件（SD_DUMMY_CARD）的注塑模具的设计方法及过程。文中针对其注射模具制定出合理的设计结构，其中包括分析了塑件的形状尺寸，拟订了模具的总体结构设计方案，进行了成型部分及其零部件设计，浇注系统设计，顶出机构设计，冷却系统设计等。并在设计过程中描述了一些关于模具种类以及各部件的名称及其功能。 关键词：模具设计 注塑模具 顶出机构 浇注系统 毕业设计(论文)外文摘要
