摘 要

医药行业作为最重要的应用，已经创造了无限的可能性，2015年生物医药产业实现以20%的年均增长速度为战略性目标，再加上老龄化现象日益严重，为制药行业的发展规模提供了一个非常巨大的潜力。一个企业不仅要实现利润最大化，而且要保持企业的长期健康稳定发展。企业的资本结构影响着员工福利的有效保护，也决定了债权人和投资者的充分性。在企业绩效评价和财务分析中，资本结构处于各利益相关者的首位。

通过分析成分和企业各种资本的比例关系，促进管理战略与企业资本的生存和发展，投资者可以判断信用风险控制准确保存，找出制约企业发展的“瓶颈”。因此，无论是投资者、债权人还是企业管理者，都越来越重视对公司资本结构的分析。

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry as the most important applications, has created infinite possibilities, 2015 bio pharmaceutical industry to achieve an annual growth rate of 20% for the strategic goal, coupled with the aging phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious, with a very great potential for the development of the scale of the pharmaceutical industry. An enterprise not only to maximize profits, but also to maintain long-term healthy and stable development of enterprises. The capital structure of an enterprise affects the effective protection of employee benefits, and also determines the adequacy of the creditors and investors. In the enterprise performance evaluation and financial analysis, the capital structure is the first of all stakeholders.

Through the analysis of the composition and proportion of enterprises of all kinds of capital, promote the survival and development of strategic management and enterprise capital, investors can judge the credit risk control of accurate preservation, find out the bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises \Therefore, investors, creditors and managers of enterprises pay more and more attention to the analysis of the capital structure of the company.
