3.5. Formwork to floor
楼梯模板
Profiled steel formwork in big size is proposed for floors, with fastener type steel scaffolding as bracing. The call is cast in the first with the rebar inserted to the wall. Winkle out the rebar in the dismantled formwork and get it straightened to butt to that in the floor. The floor and the above floor slab should be cast at the same time. Installation of the formwork here is detailed as the following sketch.
楼梯模板均采用定型钢大模，支撑采用扣件式钢管脚手架，墙体混凝土先浇筑，楼梯板筋先埋入墙内，墙模拆除后剔出钢筋并扳直与楼梯板筋焊接，楼梯混凝土与上层梁板一同浇筑。楼梯模板安装见下图

3.6.1 Prior to form installation, recheck axis, outline, positions of form and rebar, and
inserts/embedment installation. .
在安装模板前，复核轴线和边框线包括模板限位钢筋位置是否正确，并安装好预埋件等。 3.6.2 During pond wall formwork, form of two sides wall will be installed at the same time. The
first step is to simultaneously with the installation of formwork, to lock the edges and insert counter extension bolts (water stop will be installed in the middle), align the side formworks to the tank wall and stabilize them, then fix on inner support with butterfly fasteners and bolts, bolts penetrate tank wall will insert through inner and outer steel support, tight the butterfly fasteners with nuts and make the both sides of formwork integrity. Install brace, adjust the verticalness of the formwork, fix them with support after adjustment. Penetration bolts shall have a retaining board welded inside of the formwork, outside of the retaining board, a 40×40×30 small piece of wooden plate shall be installed, after removal of formwork, pick off the small piece of wooden plate, cut off at the bottom of the bolt, and then patch the concrete surface with 1:2 cement mortar.
安装池壁模板采用墙两侧模板同时安装。第一步模板边安装锁定边插入对拉螺栓（中间有止水铁片），并将池壁两侧模板对准池壁线使之稳定，然后用碟形扣件与螺栓和内钢楞固定，穿墙螺栓由内外钢楞中间插入，用螺母将碟形扣件拧紧。使两侧模板成为一体。安装斜撑，调整模板垂直度，合格后，用支撑固定。穿墙螺栓在模板内侧应焊接一块挡板，挡板外侧安装一块40×40×30的小木块，在模板拆除后，起出小木块，在螺栓根部切除，用1:2水泥砂浆修补池混凝土表面。
3.6.3 Bolts and connecting piece run through wall will be fixed firmly.
穿墙螺栓、连接件都要连接牢靠，松紧一致。
3.6.4 Bolts openings of pond wall form will be in opposite. In draw bolt installation, canting pull
or rigid pushing is prohibited. Steel Tie-in will be staggered, with overlapping more than 200mm.
池壁模板对拉螺栓孔应平直相对，穿插池壁对拉螺栓时，不得斜拉硬顶。钢楞接头相互错开，接头搭接长度不小于200mm。
