环境监测质量保证和质量控制因素及对策分析

摘要：随着国家对生态环境的保护及管理力度不断加大，环境监测所发挥的作用也越来越凸显。但是在现有的技术条件下，结合我国各地区复杂的环境条件，使得环境监测的质量还是会受到多方面因素的影响。本次研究正是针对环境监测质量保证和质量控制因素及其对策进行分析，找到了影响环境监测质量的常见因素，并给出了控制优化环境监测质量的对策。 关键词：环境监测;质量保证;质量控制因素及对策

regions of China， the quality of environmental monitoring will still be affected by many factors.This study analyzes the quality assurance and quality control factors of environmental monitoring and their countermeasures，finds common factors that affect the quality of environmental monitoring， and provides countermeasures to control and optimize the quality of environmental monitoring. 1 環境监测工作的特点

进行妥善有效的环境监测和环境质量管理，这是一项专业性很强的工作。为了准确、全面地分析环境质量状况，工作人员需要运用生物、化学等相关领域知识及技术设备，对水环境、空气环境、土地资源环境等各方面进行有效的环境监测。在环境监测点的设计以及环境监测样本的选择等各方面都必须精益求精，力求科学有效。事实上，环境监测工作主要有两个特征需要把握。 1.1 目标明确
