Toll样受体2激动剂在疫苗研发中的研究进展

摘要;Toll样受体2（TLR2）是Toll样家族中识别配体范围最大的一类Toll样受体（TLR），能够识别包括脂蛋白、脂肽等成分在内的多种配体。通过这些配体激活后的TLR2可以在免疫系统中发挥重要作用，引发特异性免疫反应。通过简要综述近年来对TLR2配体激动剂作为潜在的疫苗佐剂及免疫类药物方面的研究，发现其在免疫反应过程中的优势将为解决疫苗研发中的多种挑战发挥至关重要的作用。 关键词;TLR2;免疫反应;疫苗佐剂

Abstract;Tolllike;receptor;2;（TLR2）;is;the;Tolllike;receptor;

（TLR）;with;the;largest;range;of;recognition;ligands;in;the;Tolllike;family.;It;can;recognize;a;variety;of;ligands，;including;lipoproteins;and;lipopeptides.TLR2;activated;by;these;ligands;can;play;an;important;role;in;the;immune;system，;triggering;a;specific;immune;response.Through;a;brief;review;of;recent;studies;on;TLR2;ligand;agonists;as;potential;vaccine;adjuvants;and;immune;drugs，;it;is;found;that;their;advantages;in;the;immune;response;process;will;play;a;vital;role;in;solving;many;challenges;in;vaccine;development;.
