变频控制技术在风机电控系统中的应用

摘要:

随着我国经济的高速发展,微电子技术,计算机技术,自动化控制技术都得到了迅速发展,交流变频调速技术也已经进入了一个崭新的时代,其应用越来越光明。

变频器在交流拖动系统应用中呈现优良的控制性,可以实现软起动和无级调速,进行加减速控制,使电动机获得高性能,而且具有显著的节能效果。所以应用变频调速可以提高生产机械的控制精度、生产效率和产品质量,电动机交流变频调速技术是当今节电、改善工艺流程以提高产品质量和改善环境,推动技术进步的一种主要手段。

The application of Variable Frequency Speed-Control in the

system of electronic control for blower

Abstract:

With China's rapid economic development, microelectronics, computer technology, automatic control technology have been developing rapidly, AC variable frequency technology has entered a new era, more and more of its light.

Application of frequency converter in AC drive system exhibits excellent control, which can not only realize the soft starting ,stepless speed regulation, and speed control, to enable the motor to obtain high performance,but also can embrace remarkable energy conservation effect. So the application of variable frequency speed control can enhance the control precision ,efficiency and quality in production machinery. Nowadays,the motor VVVF technology is a main means to save electricity , improve product quality by updating the process of technics ,protect environment and promote technology.
