新疆兵团中小学教师培训者素质调查研究

摘要：强国必先强教，强教必先强师。如今，以实施教师培训来提高教师素质，

已成为世界各国教育改革的共识。教师培训者队伍素质高低，则成为影响教师培训成败的重要因素。因此，拥有一批素质较高的教师培训者，是搞好教师培训工作的重要保证。新疆兵团的教育是整个国家的教育中较为落后和薄弱的部分，国家对新疆兵团的中小学教师培训也给予高度的重视，因此，本文以新疆兵团中小学教师培训者为研究对象，对新疆兵团中小学教师培训者素质状况进行调查，通过问卷调查及访谈，从教师培训者的培训理念、角色定位、专业知识素质与培训操作能力、职业道德等视角找出了存在的问题并分析了原因，并从问题提出的角度提出了提高中小学教师培训者素质的有效建议。
