在包销期间甲方不向其他商人提供目的港为埃及港口的上述商品;乙方保证不得购买、销、或代理其他供应者的同类或类似的商品并保证不以任何方式转销所述商品至甲方已有包销或代理的地区。如发现违反以上情况,甲方有权取消此协议。在包销地区内,如有其他客户向甲方洽购上述商品,甲方应介绍给乙方。如果该客户仍然坚持与甲方直接交易,甲方可以成交。甲方也可与到中国访问或参加中国出口商品交易会的埃及商人成交,但交易价格不得低于报给乙方的价格。在上述情况下,甲方同意按FOB价为乙方保留1%的佣金,并将有关合同副本一份送寄乙方。
