小组教学模式在超声引导臂丛神经阻滞教学中的应用

摘 要 在临床麻醉实习医师超声引导臂丛神经阻滞教学过程中，为了探究小组教学模式的应用价值，选取48名麻醉实习医师，随机其分为对照组和小组教学模式组，每组24例。与对照组相比，小组教学模式组实习医师的理论考核成绩、临床操作技能评分以及带教满意度均显著增高。因此，在超声引导臂丛神经阻滞教学中，小组教学模式应用效果良好，值得在临床教学中推广和应用。

Abstract In order to explore the application value of group teaching mode in ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block teaching for clinical anesthesia interns， 48 anesthesia interns were randomly divided into control group and group teaching mode group， with 24 cases in each group. Compared with the control group， the theoretical assessment score， clinical operation skill score and teaching satisfaction of interns in group teaching mode group were significantly higher. Therefore， in the teaching of brachial plexus block guided by ultrasound， the group teaching mode has a good effect and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical teaching.

超聲引导下的臂丛神经阻滞麻醉，是在超声引导下将局部麻醉药注入需要阻滞的臂丛神经干周围，诱导其所支配区域（包括手部、前臂、上臂及肩部等部位）产生神经传导阻滞效应的麻醉方法，根据阻滞范围不同分为肌间沟法、腋路法和锁骨上法。[1]由于臂丛神经阻滞的阻滞点较多，需在超声引导下反复寻找解剖位置及练习，大多数学生认为超声引导臂丛神经阻滞这项技术是学习的难点。[2-3]因此，在臂丛神经阻滞的临床教学中需要找到合适可靠的教学方法，以便使学生能够快速、准确的掌握这项技术。近年来，在临床带教中使用到的小组教学模式被认为是有效的临床教学模式，能够显著提高学生的学习效率和成绩。在本文中，通过使用小组教学模式和传统的大班教学模式进行比较，观察小组教学模式在腋路臂丛神经阻滞教学中的效果，探讨其在临床麻醉教学中的优势。 1 资料与方法
