HPLC测定小儿化食丸中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量

【摘要】Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) in Xiaoer Huashi Pills.Methods 5-HMF in Xiaoer Huashi Pills was determined by HPLC-DAD. HPLC system consisting of an Phenomenex Luna C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) and a mixture of methanol-water as mobile phase was adopted and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min at 35℃. The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm.Results The method had a good linear relationship within the range of 5.944-59.44 ng for 5-HMF (r=0.9995). The recovery rate was 102.04 % (RSD=1.1 %,n=6).Conclusion This method possesses merits of good accuracy and reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Xiaoer Huashi Pills.%目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定小儿化食丸中5-羟甲基糠醛含量的方法。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温35℃,以甲醇和水为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长284 nm。结果5-羟甲基糠醛的进样量在5.944~59.44 ng(r=0.9995)范围内与峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为102.04%(RSD=1.1%,n=6)。结论本方法准确性、重复性好,可用于小儿化食丸的质量控制。 【总页数】3页(198-200)
