【摘要】This paper firstly points out that migrant workers returning home for business and new rural construction are of theoretical and practical significance. Lays out the dynamic mechanism of migrant workers returning home for business including the social capital, the development

environment,

the

transformation

of

economic

development mode, then analyses the interactive relationship between business and new rural construction. Subsequently analyses the current situation, pointed out the major issues, including their capital accumulates inadequacy,

lacking of

preferential

policies,

the

entrepreneurial environment needs to be improved. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, from the organization leader, policy support, financing channels, migrant workers quality, development environment, propaganda and so on, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.%本文首先指出农民工返乡创业与新农村建设相互机制探讨的理论与现实意义.然后勾画出包括社会资本提升、中西部发展环境改善、经济发展方式转变等方面农民工返乡创业动力机制.从农民工返乡创业对新农村建设促进作用和新农村建设对农民工返乡创业的影响两方面,分析创业与新农村建设互动关系.对我国农民工返乡创业促进新农村建设的现状进行剖析,指出了自身资本积

累不足、缺少优惠政策、创业环境有待完善等主要问题.在上述分析的基础上,从组织领导、政策保障、融资渠道、农民工素质、发展环境、宣传力度等方面提出了针对性对策建议. 【总页数】4页(59-62)
