摘 要
财务报表可以反映公司的财务状况、经营业绩和发展趋势，是使用者充分了解公司、做出决策的最全面、最真实的信息。只有通过财务报表分析，才能使信息使用者、决策者得到确切的企业财务状况和经营成果的信息。本文以燕京啤酒（包头雪鹿）股份有限公司为例，从一个财务报表外部使用者的角度，以该公司的财务报表为依据，主要通过比较分析法、比率分析法来分析燕京啤酒2012-2014年的主要财务数据，总结出燕京啤酒的财务状况和经营业绩，试指出该公司在经营、管理方面存在的一些问题，并提出相应的建议，使公司报表使用者充分了解该公司的营运能力、盈利能力、偿债能力等全面的财务信息，供管理者决策参考。 关键词：燕京啤酒 财务报表 财务比率

ABSTRACT
Financial statements can reflect the company's financial position, operating results and trends, isthe user to fully understand the company, make the most comprehensive, the most real information. Only through the analysis of the financial statements, can the information users and decision makers get the exact information of the enterprise's financial position and operating results. In this paper, the Yanjing Beer (Baotou snow deer) Co., Ltd. as an example, from the point of view of an external users of financial statements, in order to the company's financial statements as the basis, mainly through comparative analysis method, ratio analysis method to analyze Yanjing Beer 2012-2014 key financial data, summarize the financial condition and operating performance of Yanjing Beer, and try to find out some problems existing in the operation and management of the company, and puts forward corresponding suggestions. The company financial statement users to fully understand the company's operation ability, profit ability, debt paying ability comprehensive financial information, for management decision-making reference.
