摘要
桥式起重机在国内外工程施工中得到广泛应用,而桥式起重机大型化代表着一个国家
的工业水平和科技水平,因此大型桥式起重机的研发越来越得到重视。桥式起重机总体参数确定和臂架设计的好与坏直接影响整机布局和性能。本文旨对桥式起重机提升系统的设计。
起升机构,是任何起重机任何起重机必须具备的,使物品获得升降运动的基本组成。起升机构工作的好坏将直接影响整台起重机的工作性能,是起重机最主要的机构之一,它是由原动机、卷筒、钢丝绳、滑轮组和吊钩组成。原动机的旋转运动通过卷筒、钢丝绳、滑轮组进行运动和力的传递,最终变成吊钩的垂直运动。起升系统的原动机采用液压马达,能满足起重机的起升吨位要求。对于大型的起重机一般具有主、副两套起升系统,以便更好的实现重物的提升。
对桥式起重机来说,起升动作是最频繁的动作。主起升系统由恒功率变量泵、内藏式定量马达组成常闭式液压系统。液压系统的液压马达把高压油液的压力能转换成机械能,使主机的工作部件克服负载及阻力克服负载及阻力而产生运动。变量马达能有效地达到轻载高速、重载低速和节能的效果。通过马达内部的斜盘调节马达的流量,使其在低速状态下,马达输出高转矩;在高速状态下,马达输出低转矩。
本设计采用许用应力法以及计算机辅助设计方法对桥式起重机的提升系统进行设计。 关键词: 桥式起重机,起升机构,许用应力,液压系统。
ABSTRACT

Lifting mechanism,Is any crane crane must have,Make items to obtain the basic component of lifting movement.Lifting mechanism work is good or bad will directly affect the performance of the whole crane,Is the most important one of crane,It is by the prime mover, drum, wire rope, pulley block and hook.Prime mover of the rotary motion through the reel, wire rope and pulley block movement and force transfer, eventually become a hook vertical movement.Prime mover USES hydraulic motor, the lifting system can satisfy the requirement of the crane lifting tonnage.For large cranes in general has a main, two sets of hoisting system, in order to better realize the weight of promotion.
For bridge crane, lifting action is the most frequent action. The main hoisting system consists of constant power variable pump and quantitative motor capacitor often closed hydraulic system. The hydraulic system of hydraulic motor of high pressure oil pressure can be converted into mechanical energy, make the working parts of the host to overcome the load and resistance to overcome the load and resistance and motion generation. Variables can effectively reach the light load motor overloaded at low speed and high speed, energy saving effect. This design adopts the allowable stress method and computer aided design method of bridge crane hoisting system design.
