摘 要
连铸在生产过程中伴有一定的危险性,使用的连铸原料及其机械设备往往具有一些危险的特性,如果不严格做好安全生产管理工作,一旦在生产中出现了事故,将有可能会直接威胁我们的人身健康,造成财产以及对周边环境带来的巨大影响。因此,做好炼钢车间连铸生产过程的安全生产风险评价,有助于加强和改善炼钢车间的安全生产管理和提高竞争力。本论文中,首先通过查询文献资料介绍相关信息和的当前技术背景、现状以及相关论文研究的内容问题进行概述。其次详细的描述本次研究对象的各方面基础信息,包括但不限于厂址、气候、供电以及设备信息。再对炼钢车间项目安全技术和风险评价的基本内涵及其理论和方法展开了详细介绍,然后通过结合实际情况对生产经营过程中的主要危险有害因素以及重大危险源等进行了辨识以及风险评价。最后经过结合目前形势从对职工的安全生产知识教育、安全生产管理、安全生产技术三个方面以及在安全生产的过程中所需要用到的安全设备和生产原料提出安全生产风险评估和应对的策略,为炼钢车间建设项目的顺利进行安全生产提供了管理的依据。

Abstract
Casting in the production process with a certain degree of danger, the use of continuous casting raw materials and their machinery and equipment often have some dangerous characteristics, if not strictly do a good job in the management of safe production, once there is an accident in the production, it will be a direct threat to our personal health, resulting in property and the surrounding environment to bring great impact. Therefore, to do a good job in the steelmaking workshop casting production process of safe production risk assessment, help to strengthen and improve the steelmaking workshop safety production management and improve competitiveness. In this paper, first of all, through the query of literature to introduce the relevant information and the current technical background, the current situation and related papers research content issues are summarized. Secondly, it describes in detail all aspects of the basic information of this research object, including but not limited to plant location, climate, power supply and equipment information. The basic connotation of the safety technology and risk evaluation of steelmaking workshop project and its theory and method are discussed in detail, and then the main hazardous and harmful factors and major sources of danger are identified and the risk evaluation are identified by combining the actual situation. Finally, after combining the current situation, the safety production risk assessment and response strategy of safety production equipment and production raw materials needed in the process of safety production provide situ for the smooth safety production of steelmaking workshop construction projects.
