Fuel Oil Changing Instruction 燃油转换操作说明

(For pressure jet burner & single fuel oil pump unit operate HFO/MDO/MGO) (适用于压力雾化型燃烧器及单燃油泵组运行HFO/MDO/MGO)

From HFO to MGO (HFO转换至MGO)

1. Crew shall check the MDO service tank is available prior to start fuel oil changing. 船员进行燃油转换前应先确认MDO日用油舱可用。

2. Check 3-way fuel oil selection valve located before fuel oil pump unit and change the 3-way valve to MDO/MGO side.

检查位于燃油输送泵前的三通燃油切换阀，并转换到MDO侧。 3. Shut off the oil piping steam heat tracing. 切断燃油管路的蒸汽伴热。

4. Check boiler control panel fuel oil operation mode and change the fuel oil mode switch from HFO to MDO and burning MDO for around 30 minutes in order to burn out the HFO remains in the oil piping complete.

确认锅炉控制箱燃油模式开关位置，并将开关从HFO切换至MDO位置，系统开始燃烧MDO大约30分钟，使残留在燃油管路内的HFO完全燃烧殆尽。 5. Check the MGO cooler in operation and circulating the cooling water. ( If fitted) 确认MGO冷却器开始运行开启循环冷却水。(若有)

6. Stop the burner by change the burner operation switch on the boiler control panel from AUTO to STOP.

通过控制箱面板上的燃烧器模式开关从自动模式切换到停止模式使燃烧器停止运行。

7. Until oil in piping is cooled, crew shall switch and check the light oil service tank fuel type from MDO to MGO.

待管路温度降低，船员可以从MDO油舱切换至MGO油舱，并确认各阀门位置。

8. Start the burner by change the burner operation switch from STOP to AUTO then burner will automatic start and burning MGO.

启动燃烧器通过将燃烧器模式开关从停止位置切换到自动位置等待燃烧器自动运行开始燃烧MGO。

Note: If piping temperature is within normal range of MGO, the burner can be switched to MGO without stop the burner. Otherwise, high temperature alarm of MGO will be occurred.

注：待管路中的油温降低至MGO允许范围内，再将控制面板旋钮切换至MGO，则无需停止燃烧器。否则，会触发MGO温度高报警。

From MGO to HFO (MGO转换至HFO)

1. Crew shall change the service oil tank fuel type from MGO to MDO. 船员应切换日用油舱从MGO至MDO。 2. Operation for around 20-30 minutes. 持续运行20-30分钟。

3. Bypass the MGO cooler.( If fitted) 将MGO冷却器切换到旁路(若有) 4. Start oil piping steam heat tracing. 开启燃油管路的蒸汽伴热。

5. Check the 3-way fuel oil selection valve and change to HFO side. 确认三通燃油切换阀并转换至HFO位置。

6. Change the fuel oil mode switch on the control panel from MDO to HFO. 切换控制箱面板燃油模式开关从MDO至HFO。

Note: Burner will stop and HFO temperature low alarm will active because of the low HFO temperature, this is normal phenomenon crew shall press the reset button on the control panel and burner will automatic start when HFO temperature rising to the setting value.

注：由于此时HFO油温较低，系统会激活燃油温度低报警并停止燃烧，这是正常现象船员应通过控制箱面板按钮复位，等待HFO油温上升至设定值后系统会重新启动燃烧器开始燃烧。

OPERATION INSTRUCTION From HFO to MGO 1. Crew shall check the MDO service tank is available prior to start fuel oil changing. 2. Check 3-way fuel oil selection valve located before fuel oil pump unit and change the 3-way valve to MDO/MGO side. 3. Shut off the oil piping steam heat tracing. 4. Check boiler control panel fuel oil operation mode and change the fuel oil mode switch from HFO to MDO and burning MDO for around 30 minutes in order to burn out the HFO remains in the oil piping complete. 5. Check the MGO cooler in operation and circulating the cooling water. ( If fitted) 6. Stop the burner by change the burner operation switch on the boiler control panel from AUTO to STOP. 7. Until oil in piping is cooled, crew shall switch and check the light oil service tank fuel type from MDO to MGO. 8. Start the burner by change the burner operation switch from STOP to AUTO then burner will automatic start and burning MGO. From MGO to HFO 1. Crew shall change the service oil tank fuel type from MGO to MDO. 2. Operation for around 20-30 minutes. 3. Bypass the MGO cooler.( If fitted) 4. Start oil piping steam heat tracing. 5. Check the 3-way fuel oil selection valve and change to HFO side. 6. Change the fuel oil mode switch on the control panel from MDO to HFO.
