3﹑The software uninstall: We suggest you back up the file F360.dat under the installation directory,

this file including all system data and configuration. Open [My computer] \\ [Control panel] double

click [Add or delete program], at[installed program] find [fingerprint attendance management system] , press [Add/Delete].

2、Controller registration: click “System configuration”，choose “Controller registration”:

At “Name”, fill in the controller?s installation location, such as “Meeting Room”，At“Sequence Number”,fill in the controller?s sequence number (Each controller has its unique sequence number), do not fill in the “ Address code”, which is auto allocated address by system, finish input, press “save”, a icon of controller will be displayed at the electronic map, if the icon displayed , then it mean the controller is not connected with the system, please check all the connection, or check the communication port.

3、Personnel management: For adding personnel data, first need to add apartment, position. Select” Personnel management” /“Department management ”，The following dialogue box display:

Press “ Add new”, input the apartment name in the “name”, then press” save”. If need to change the apartment name, select the apartment first, then press” edit”

Select “personnel management”/ “position management”, The following dialogue box display:

Select “personnel management”/ “staff management”, The following dialogue box display:

At the upside dialogue box of personnel data, can input search condition for blur searching, if it is empty, then display all personnel?s data.

Press “add new”, then can input personnel data at the following dialogue box, after confirm correct, press “save”; if want to add staff?s photo, press “photo”, select correct directory to add photo of bitmap format photo
