摘 要
姜黄素作为一种有效的抗癌剂,抗肿瘤谱广、多靶点、能逆转肿瘤多药耐药性。尤其是姜黄素确切的抗肿瘤活性、简单的结构及易于合成、改造的优点,使之成为受人关注的药物开发先导物。合理地进行姜黄素的结构衍生化,实现结构和优良性能的有效结合一直是姜黄素应用研究的热点问题。深入研究和开发姜黄素类药物具有重要理论和现实意义,不但能丰富对重大疾病发生、发展过程的理解和认识,为新药创制提供新的备选化合物,还能为姜黄素类化合物的应用研究奠定基础,研究成果应用后将产生巨大的经济和社会效益。
本文以甘氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸、甲硫氨酸和姜黄素为基本原料,合成了4个姜黄素单糖基氨基酸钠衍生物,经红外光谱和核磁共振波谱等方法进行了结构表征,证明所得产物为目标化合物。利用紫外光谱研究了衍生物的离子识别性能。结果表明,姜黄素单羰基氨基氨酸衍生物对Cu2+离子均具有很好的识别能力,且呈现良好的浓度效应关系。

Synthesis and properties of the curcumin mono-carbonyl
amino acid derivatives
Abstract
Curcumin, as a potent anticancer agent, has anti-tumor spectrum and multi-target and can reverse multidrug resistance. In particular, it is concerned that the Curcumin can be regarded as the leading compounds in drug development beacause of the exact anti-tumor activity of curcumin, a simple structure and easy synthesis. The structure of curcumin is modified in a reasonable manner, in order to achieve an effective combination with its structure and excellent performance, which has been a hot issue of curcumin. Deeply research and development of curcumin drugs has important theoretical and practical significance, which can not only enrich occurrence, understanding and awareness of major diseases, and offers new alternative compounds for the development process of new drug, but also lay the foundation for the application of curcumin derivatives, and application of research results will bring a huge economic and social benefits.
In this paper, we have synthesized those four mono-carbonyl amino acid sodium curcumin derivatives by using glycine, alanine, cysteine, methionine, and curcumin as the basic raw material. It is turned out that the obtained products are objective compounds by IR and NMR spectroscopic et al. analysis methods. The ion recognition of the derivatives is studied using UV spectra. The results showed that curcumin carbonyl amino acid derivatives all have a good ability to identify Cu2 + ions and have a good concentration-effect relationship.
