摘; 要：基于“立德树人”战略思想和体育学科核心素养的指引下，回归课堂教学竞赛的校园足球教育主战场，探讨校园足球教学竞赛改革与发展，尝试解决校园足球中人地矛盾的问题;尝试解决校园足球小场地是以能力传授为主还是以培养人全面发展人人参赛的问题。这对推动校园足球小场地竞赛的发展和实践习总书记提出“人人竞赛”的理念有着重要的指导价值和实践意义。
