第一年住院医师规范化培训中基础外科培训综合考试结果

【摘要】目的 检验第一年住院医师规范化培训的效果及存在的问题.方法 选择2014年在北京大学第一医院外科学校进行第一年外科住院医师规范化培训的31名住院医师为研究对象.采用临床基础知识多选题和临床技能多站式客观结构化临床考试相结合的考试模式,对外科规范化培训后的住院医师进行综合考核,并在考试后进行问卷调查.结果 住院医师临床基础知识多选题考试的平均分为(71.41 ±6.12)分,区分度为0.146;临床技能多站式客观结构化临床考试的平均分为(74.66 ±4.39)分,区分度为0.578.结论 综合考试模式可以有效地、客观地评价住院医师的综合能力,同时通过问卷调查了解住院医师对规范化培训及考试的评价,有助于在今后的教学中有针对性地解决存在的问题,帮助住院医师有效地建立临床思维模式,提高临床实践能力.%Objective To evaluate the performance of standardized training program for postgraduate year 1 (PGY-1) surgery residents and find the latent problems.Methods 31 PGY-1 surgery residents who had received standardized training in surgery school of Peking University First Hospital in 2014 were investigated.The standardized trained surgery residents were assessed comprehensively with multiplechoice questions (MCQ) of clinical medicine elementary theory knowledge and multiple-station objective
