2、规范作业的布置与批改，严格按照我组制定的“英语作业批改要求”。在作业布置中由单一性作业向综合性作业转变。 3、在整个教学过程中，要求教师树立“全局观”，不是教几年级就只管这个年级，而是要积极参与到新教材的学习与探讨中，做到年级之间知识的整合与链接。
4、防止分化现象，积极探索转化学困生的策略是我们要面临的一大课题。现在我校民工班的成绩不是特别理想，部分学生学习时难度较大。所以我们在教学中应重视这些薄弱群体，并采取有效措施，如做好辅差工作等，不让一个学生掉队。坚持以学生为本，尽可能使每个学生在原有基础上获得最大发展。

2、注重发挥“帮带”的作用，促进青年教师成长。组织青年教师学习常规，并加强检查督促，通过说课、听课、评课、集体备课、教材分析等活动，让新教师过好大纲关和教材关，尽快明确备课、上课的基本规范，适应小学英语的教学要求，不断提高业务素质。 3、以各项团队活动为平台，增强我们英语教研组的凝聚力、战斗力、研究能力和团队精神。
（四）、拓宽发展渠道，促进学科建设
1、继续提高对英语学科的重视程度。我们英语教师要正确面对现在的英语教学实际，确保学生有足够的早自习和课外辅导时间。一些家长对英语教学要求还不甚了解，我们要多与家长联系，通过《告家长书》或家长会等一些渠道与家长交流、沟通，发挥家长在学生英语学习中的引导和督促作用。
