摘 要

在经济全球化的今天，加快发展现代物流，促进传统物流向现代物流转变，是我国转变粗放型经济增长方式，提高经济发展素质和质量的要求，是加快经济结构优化升级，充分发挥现代流通对经济发展先导作用的要求，也是我国应对国际经济不确定性，提高国际竞争力的要求。虽然我国物流起步晚、水平低，但是近年来物流业不断发展，在国家规划中的地位不断的上升，我国现代物流业的发展已成为各方关注的焦点。当前我国物流业的发展存在诸多问题，我国物流企业整体上发展不平衡，规模小、基础设施差、物流系统效率低、综合水平不高是我国物流企业普遍存在的问题，缺乏管理与统一的标准，缺乏物流法律规范和行业制度保障，缺乏专业人才。本文对这些问题进行系统分析，并寻求相应的解决对策，以确保促进物流企业在我国快速、健康、高效的发展。

Abstract

Although the logistics of our country starts late, the level is low, but in recent years, the logistics industry development planning, in the country 's position in rising, China's modern logistics industry's development has become the focus of attention of the parties. The current development of China's logistics industry exists many problems, China's logistics enterprises in the overall development is lopsided, small scale, poor infrastructure, logistics system efficiency is low, overall level is not high in China logistics enterprises common problems, lack of management and unified standards, lack of logistics industry system of legal norms and security, lack of professional personnel. In this paper, undertake systems analysis to these problems, and find the corresponding countermeasures, in order to ensure the promotion of logistics enterprises in China's rapid, healthy, efficient development.
